If the spirit moves you, you can generally find after hours places or a house party to carry your shenanigans into the next morning. Of course you can't bring bottles into bars, but you can buy bottles there and then take them with you if there's anything left over. Know that only the finest establishments are able to make a wide range of drinks and cocktails. It's usually better to order something off of the menu, or keep it simple with a rum and coke or a whiskey on the rocks.
